  • Representation of an independent power producer in connection with all aspects of development and financing of a renewable energy geothermal power plant in the United States, including BLM land rights, EPC, off-take, and operation and maintenance contracts, and a mezzanine construction financing and a United States federally guaranteed term debt refinancing, which was guaranteed under the first ever United States Department of Energy loan guarantee issued pursuant to its Financial Institution Partnership Program
  • Representation of a self-supply developer in connection with negotiating an EPC contract and financing commitments for the first privately developed geothermal power plant in Mexico’s history
